The Founder’s Story

“Eclectic Alchemy® was born from a simple idea: to alchemize a lifetime of corporate experience into social impact that truly matters.

After decades at Fortune 50 companies like Procter & Gamble and Exxon-Mobil, and disruptors like AltaFiber — blending engineering, brand management, business transformation, and M&A — I learned what makes companies efficient, scalable, and profitable. Now, I’m applying that same precision and creativity toward building purpose-driven ventures that serve communities and expand equity.

This work is also personal.

It’s a continuation of my parents’ legacy; their optimism, their belief in service, and their unwavering example of what it means to give back. Through my own journey as a serial-founder with Tarver Management Group, developing permanent supportive housing, I’ve seen firsthand how business can create stability and dignity for others. Eclectic Alchemy® is the next evolution of that mission, using intellectual property, not just physical assets, to scale impact farther and faster.

We exist at the intersection of curiosity, creativity, and purpose. It’s where we bring together ideas and talent, connecting dots in unexpected ways, turning complexity into clarity and the ordinary into something extraordinary.
